EM-33CO EMULSION CLEANER

A mild oil painting cleaner which gives excellent results on newer, tender paintings. It is a water-in-oil emulsion. This gives it the important properties of dissolving both water-soluble soils and also those soluble in non-polar solvents without the danger of water wetting the painting or canvas.
